Description

This truck is parked in a really busy island between two intersections. It is causing a real traffic mess! How does he not get ticketed?

I'll add that this was at around 8:50 AM, and I saw several cars take a right from Main onto Portland and almost run straight into oncoming traffic which had crossed the yellow line to get around the parked truck.
