At the Corner of Summer Street and Vinal Ave, new, affordable housing units are under construction. The crew is holding multiple parking spots using orange cones with no official city parking permits clearly posted. It's understandable they need places to store their vehicles but it should be official and clearly posted so neighbors understand where they can park and how it will be enforced so all can share the few available parking spots.
