There is a white Jeep 4x4 Limited that always parks in the TWO HOUR parking spots at 17 winter street No resident sticker parks there Monday thru Friday. Takes his bike out of his vehicle and off he goes for over EIGHT HOURS. I assume he bikes to work Then returns MUCH later than the TWO HOURS of which he should only be legally parked Places his bike in his car and off he goes Today he is parked well beyond the no parking sign so he should have been towed let alone getting a ticket. Parking here is at a all time premium would greatly appreciate getting enforcements down here on a DAILY base please
